NOTICE TO CREDITORS
By Order No. 39.Cspk.12/2025/13, the Budapest Metropolitan Court (Fővárosi Törvényszék) ordered the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings against Aeron Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, a business company under bankruptcy proceedings, having its registered seat at H-1024 Budapest, Lövőház utca 39; email: finance@aeron.com; company registration number: 01-10-140979, tax number: 28755122241 (the “Debtor”).
The commencement date of the bankruptcy proceedings and the date of publication in the Company Gazette (Cégközlöny) is 10 January 2026.
The full text of the publication is available on the website www.cegkozlony.hu. Pursuant to Section 12 (1) and Section 17 (1) of Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy Proceedings and Liquidation Proceedings (hereinafter referred to as the “Bankruptcy Act”), the Debtor hereby publishes the following:
As of the date of publication of the court order, the Debtor shall be entitled to a payment moratorium in respect of monetary claims against it that became due either prior to the commencement date of the payment moratorium or thereafter. For the purposes of registration, creditors are required to notify the Debtor and the asset supervisor of their existing claims within 30 days from the date of publication of the court order, and of claims arising after the commencement date of the bankruptcy proceedings within 8 business days, enclosing the documents evidencing such claims. At the same time, creditors shall pay the claim registration fee to the asset supervisor’s payment account published pursuant to Section 12 (1) of the Bankruptcy Act. Registration of a claim is conditional upon the creditor paying a registration fee amounting to 1% of the claim, but not less than HUF 10,000 and not more than HUF 200,000, to the asset supervisor’s payment account. The Debtor hereby calls upon any creditors having their registered seat or habitual residence abroad to appoint a service agent for the purposes of service of documents
The Debtor hereby draws the attention of the Creditors to the fact that any creditor’s claim must be duly filed within thirty (30) days and received by both the Asset Supervisor and the Debtor within this time limit. The same deadline shall apply to the payment of the registration fee.
The Creditor shall be obliged to attach to its claim all documentary evidence substantiating the legal basis and the amount of the claim.
Failure to comply with the above deadlines shall result in the non-registration of the claim. No application for excuse or reinstatement shall be admissible in the event of failure to meet the claim filing deadline.
Where the claim filing deadline is missed, the Creditor shall not be entitled to participate in the composition/settlement proceedings, the settlement shall not be binding upon such Creditor, and the Creditor shall not be entitled to enforce its claim against the Debtor.

ÉRTESÍTÉS HITELEZŐ RÉSZÉRE
A Fővárosi Törvényszék 39.Cspk.12/2025/13. sz. végzésével elrendelte Aeron Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság ,,csődeljárás alatt” (székhely: 1024 Budapest, Lövőház utca 39, email: finance@aeron.com; cégjegyzékszám: 01-10-140979, adószám: 28755122241) gazdálkodó szervezet (adós) csődeljárását. A csődeljárás kezdő időpontja és a Cégközlönyben történő közzététel napja 2026.01.10.
Közzétételi teljes szövege elérhető a www.cegkozlony.hu oldalon. Az Adós a csődeljárásról és a felszámolási eljárásról szóló 1991. évi XLIX. törvény (a továbbiakban: Cstv.) 12.§-ának (1) bekezdése s 17.§-nak (1) bekezdése alapján az alábbiakat teszi közzé:
A végzés közzétételétől az adóst fizetési moratórium illeti meg a vele szemben a fizetési haladék kezdő időpontját megelőzően, vagy az azt követően esedékessé válópénzkövetelések vonatkozásában. Nyilvántartásba vétel céljából a hitelezők fennállóköveteléseiket a végzés közzétételétől számított 30 napon belül - a csődeljárás kezdőidőpontját követően keletkező követeléseiket pedig 8 munkanapon belül - jelentsék be az azt megalapozó okiratok csatolásával az adósnak és a vagyonfelügyelőnek, a követelés nyilvántartásba vételéért fizetendő díjat ezzel egyidejűleg fizessék be a vagyonfelügyelő Cstv. 12. § (1) bekezdés szerint közzétett pénzforgalmibankszámlájára. A követelés nyilvántartásba vételének feltétele az, hogy a hitelezőannak 1%-át – de legalább 10.000 forintot és legfeljebb 200.000 forintot –nyilvántartásba vételi díjként befizessen a vagyonfelügyelő pénzforgalmi számlájára. Adós felhívja az esetlegesen külföldi székhelyű, illetve külföldi lakóhellyel rendelkezőhitelezőit kézbesítési megbízott igénybevételére.
Az adós felhívja a hitelezők figyelemét, hogy a hitelezői igénybejelentésnek 30 napon belül be kell érkeznie a vagyonfelügyelőhöz és az adóshoz is, továbbá a regisztrációs díj befizetésére is ez a határidő vonatkozik. A hitelező bejelentéséhez köteles csatolni a követelése jogalapját és összegszerűségét igazoló valamennyi okirati bizonyítékot. A fenti határidők elmulasztása esetén a követelés nyilvántartásba vételére nem kerül sor. A követelésbejelentési határidő elmulasztása esetén igazolásnak nincs helye. A határidő elmulasztása esetén a hitelező az egyezségkötésben nem vehet részt, az egyezség hatálya nem terjed ki rá, az adós ellen követelését nem érvényesítheti.
