Refund policy
Online Returns and Exchanges
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. (Directive 2011/83/EU)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us at shop@aeron.com within this period and return the items in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging where possible. Please note that the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer, including all associated costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly using the original payment method.

Please note that item(s) must be returned to us in their original (re-saleable) condition with all labels and additional supplementaries attached.
How to return your unwanted product(s)
Clothing
Please make sure that the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and that all labels are still attached to the products with the disposable seal. Please make sure to pack each garment separately in their original packaging when returning more products in the same parcel.

Refund Information
You can start the return process within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. You can announce your return to our customer service team via email at shop@aeron.com within the fourteen days deadline.
After your return arrives back to us, our team will start the quality control process. We can not refund the costs in case the return does not pass our quality control process.
We will send you a confirmation email when your return has arrived. We shall refund the total of your return after passing quality control (excluding shipping and return fees). The refund will be made to the original form of payment directly to the credit card or PayPal account with which the payment was made. This process might take up to 10-14 days.
Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
The right of refund is not available for a non-consumer entity. I.e. an enterprise which acts in the scope of its profession.
In-Store Refund and Exchanges
The AERON Flagship store does not accept returns for online purchases from aeron.com or any marketplaces.
Different Terms and Conditions apply to requesting refunds and exchanges depending on whether the reason is related to the quality of the product or whether the product was purchased during the markdown period.
Quality-related problem:
If the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase for a reason in which the quality of the product is affected, upon request AERON offers to fix or exchange the faulty product for the same value or, in case those aren’t available, provides a refund if the complaint is submitted within 6 months of purchase with the original receipt.
Please note that this option does not apply to faults resulting from improper usage.
AERON reserves the right to evaluate whether the above conditions are met.
Non-quality-related problem:
If the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase for a reason in which the quality of the product is not affected, upon request AERON offers the possibility to exchange the product for the same value (within 30 days after purchase with the original receipt) or provides a refund if the complaint is submitted within 3 days after purchase. Both options only apply if the following conditions are met: the product is unladen, is in its original condition and packaging, and is bearing its original hang tag.
We offer a repair and alteration service in official AERON stores for purchased items upon request and mutual agreement. AERON hold full responsibility for the quality of the service. After signing a statement of consent the repairs or altered item cannot be refunded or exchanged in store.
AERON reserves the right to evaluate whether the above conditions are met.
Refund and Exchange during markdown period:
If the customer purchased an item in-store during markdown period and is dissatisfied with it for any reason AERON offers the possibility to exchange the product for the same value, within 14 days after purchase with the original receipt. The exchange only applies if the following conditions are met: the product is unladen, is in its original condition and packaging, and is bearing its original hang tag.
Please note that during the markdown period, the AERON Flagship store does not provide any refund for the purchased items.
