As a continuation of our ‘Dining With’ event series, we hosted a private culinary experience by AERON Creative Director Eszter Aron and Chef Tara Thomas following New York Fashion Week, in the city, which has always inspired us to think bigger.
On the latest ‘Dining With’ series, Eszter Aron welcomed long-time supporters of the brand in New York. From editors to stylists, buyers to global tastemakers, guests arrived dressed in AERON to our dining experience, as we gathered to celebrate the timelessness of traditional craftsmanship with the realities of the modern woman’s day-to-day life explored in our collections.
In collaboration with alternative emerging creatives, tables were dressed by Joe Sturm from ‘ok stuff’ with delicate botanicals and candles, positioned in small ceramic objects around a crochet table runner, crafted uniquely by our Central-European female-prominent knitwear community for the special occasion. The decor punctuated AERON’s ambition to explore fashion through a nature-friendly state-of-the-art knitwear, and served as the ultimate stage to present culinary compositions, championed by talent Chef Tara Thomas.
Plants took a leading role on the farm-to-table seasonal menu, for which our chef drew inspiration from AERON’s dedication to innovate. Following the tasting of the dinner, the bar opened up with drink designs by Geremy Alexander to host invitees for conversations that are worth remembering to, and anticipate, to continue in the future. We look forward to sharing with you more about AERON’s modern craftsmanship and innovation next season and encourage you to stay tuned.
