Launching on NOWNESS, AERON’s first-ever short film, titled Inhale Calm, Exhale Chaos, explores healing through breathwork and dance. 

A collaboration between three notable Hungarian artists, photographer and cinematographer András Ladocsi, contemporary dancer Bettina Rose Jurák, and fashion designer Eszter Áron, the short film presents showpieces from the AERON Resort 2025 collection designed by Creative Director Eszter Áron.

Inhale Calm, Exhale Chaos follows a morning ritual, choreographed and performed by Bettina Rose Jurák in an intimate setting, building from controlled deep breaths to intense heavy breathing that transforms into dance. The performance underscores the psychological dimensions and power of breathwork as a tool for mindfulness and restoration.

Breathwork became an instant source of healing in my life a few years ago, and we felt the need to explore this theme with the exceptionally talented András Ladocsi.”

AERON’s Resort 2025 collection draws inspiration from the warm-up sessions and training rituals of dancers, where the body is enveloped in layers of garments. Inhale Calm, Exhale Chaos embodies the design pillars behind the collection — stillness and movement, transformation and adaption — and invites to self-reflection and self-consciousness.
